Do Your Movie Yourself

Do Your Movie Yourself is a gym, not an ordinary one. It offers a specific training for spectators. We start from this question: what if the body of an audience needs some physical preparation too? What kind of training would that be?
DYMY is an attempt to build up an answer. The participants won’t be subjected to push ups or abdominals. They’ll rather undergo subtle investigations about our five senses, supplied with imaginary walks and discrete incursions in nearby places: bars, squares, public gardens..

BIO: Simona Rossi carries on a cross-cutting activity in which the body is the point of departure for explorations in other fields. She danced for Kinkaleri, Barokthegreat, Ambra Senatore and Loïc Touzé and in parallel she’s been working on indipendent projects in which narration is at the core of the research
