Plot: Like a modern Jacques Tati with a hint of Buster Keaton, director, writer and actor, Elia Suleiman, comes up with clever new ways to portray Palestinian ghettoization. This time, Suleiman’s alter ego travels from Nazareth to Europe, making his first stop in quaint Paris to promote his film, then off to bustling New York City. There he meets his friend, actor, producer and writer, Gael García Bernal, who is eager to help him out. Through abstraction and distance from his country, Suleiman will be able to try to answer the question: is there a place we can truly call home?
