Plot: Naples. Scampia. “Le Vele”. A young lady is reading out on the balcony. A guy is staring. They meet each other during a Carnival party at a funfair. Young people having a good time amid apartment blocks. Totoriello and Speranzella, Cinderella and Hulk, both of them ten years old, sitting on a bench in a suburb. Why do you always read out on the balcony, he asks. Her answer is the song of a crucified siren. Her answer is a knife who cuts into pieces “capitoni”. The retch of a hanged man’s daughter. She got lost at the platform, no train getting there. A cinderella without her fairy lady, without her bibbidi bobbidi boo. They stole her happiness. Speranzella was born by a bitch, but she can fly like a butterfly.
