Plot: Anaklia, a newly built city overlooking the Black Sea at the border with Abkhazia, a formally independent region since 1999, was supposed to become one of Georgia’s top tourist resorts. Visitors, however, are welcomed by a scenery that strays from the city-resort imagery.
